Do you need a script for medication?

If you require a script for depression or anxiety medication you are already on then fill out an online consultation form and our doctors will review it.

Our doctors are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive or Schedule 8 medications which include but are not limited to Diazepam, Endone, Oxycontin, Palexia, Lyrica, Stilnox, Zolpidem, Codeine painkillers (including Panadeine Forte), Benzodiazepines (including Valium / Diazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Alprazolam), Duromine, Tramadol, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Seroquel, Steroids, Vyvanse, Modafinil, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, Concerta or Sofradex ear drops. Prescriptions are solely at the discretion of the consulting doctor.

Do you need a Mental Health Care Plan?

A Mental Health Care Plan is available to you if you have a mental health disorder diagnosed by a doctor.

Mental Health Care Plans identify the type of health care you need and what you and your doctor have agreed you are aiming to achieve.

In Australia if you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you will be entitled to Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual or group psychological sessions per calendar year.

You can’t get Medicare rebates for all the sessions in one go. After your first six appointments, you need to see your doctor again for a mental health plan review.

Do you need a medical certificate?

Is your mental health affecting your attendance at work? Manage your mental health like it’s your physical health. You can request a certificate to cover you for a single day at $19 or multiple days for $49. Our doctors will review your request and, if you’re eligible, will send the certificate directly to your inbox.
